Develop for Vista Crippled?
OK, what is a developer to do? It appears that the only smart choice is to develop for the third world flavor of Vista.

This likely means developing for a JVM. Every government organization will need to develop for the lowest common denominator operating system product if they intend to give their citizens equal access rights. Not every citizen has access to a library where the Gates Foundation has donated the Enterprize flavor of Vista. It will be a java world.

Does this compute?
