Over reaction to a quarter
A large number of Novells customers are educational institutions whose budget years tend to coincide with the school year. This means they don't buy that much until the end of the budget year so they can do all the major projects over the summer break. Meaning look for a rebound in the next quarter.

Second point is that it is all about the end of the year not this quarter over the same quarter last year that really matters.
