You're not even serious....
Windows Media Player has been bundled with the OS SINCE
WINDOWS 3.1!! Well before Real even existed as a company. Why
are they now filing a lawsuit after operating under the same
conditions for years?

What was called windows media player, at the time, was used to
make the beeps (and other sounds), Later it was used to play
music on CD ROMs. windows media player didn't have
multimedia capability till after both Real and Apple had
mulitmedia players. Actually, if I'm not mistaken, MS got thier
hands on some of the original QuickTime code. QucikTime was
developed for Apple by a third party. MS partnered with this
company, stole all the IP they could, then ended the partnership.
Doesn't that sound familiar? Personally I hate Real Player, in my
opinion it's junkware. WMP is also junkware, as like Real Player,
it has too much spyware in it.
