Yes they have to play by different rules, but the courts said integrating into the OS is ok. So what rules are you talking about?

2) iTunes is not only available on OS X, it actually runs alot better on windows than wmp does

What about the spreading of virii you mentioned above. I thought Windows couldn't do anything properly?
