Don't confuse the individual with the group
Just because there are a few bad incidents doesn't mean that the whole system is wrong. And Brooks' suit isn't just about unions. He's got some other issues.

The vast majority of union members are hard-working individuals who want what's best for themselves and their co-workers. They fight for protection from illegal management practices that, left unchallenged, result in the ability of corporations to send work to wherever labor's cheapest. Non-union shops are the first to outsource.

Scary to think that Jimmy Hoffa's been under the tennis courts this long and people still equate him with the overall view of unions.
