Is that the best you could come up with
Sorry, but that response was at least as weak as your first post. If you can show me that 90/100 people agree with your viewpoint, then I will tend to believe that most people are of your opinion. So far, you have shown me nothing that would make me believe that. Your believing it doesn't mean everyone else does. Obviously, the US courts do not seem to be initially on your side. As far as my being wrong - my opinion has no more validity than yours - the courts will decide what the law is - they cannot prove my OPINION wrong (any more than I can disprove yours). If that confuses you, do yourself a favor and look up the definition of opinion.

Also, since you agree your statements are rhetoric and nothing more, then do us all a favor and stop pretending that your opinion reflects that of the rest of the world. I can say that 90/100 people agree with me too, but that doesn't make it so.

Also, by the way - I am not a MS hater. I assume you believe that for two reasons - 1. I have dared to disagree with you and 2. my name is RedHat9User - the name was chosen as my first ZDNet post was written to address the viability of Linux for the average user. I argued that it was not yet ready - I use MS software on a daily basis and I have also been branded an MS shill on these forums before.

Also, as far as I know "window" is a common computing term. If that isn't so, let me know what else I should call these objects that display all of my information. Im not familiar with the term "apple" in computing aside from its reference to the company. Perhaps you can enlighten me on that one too - although considering the strength of your last response, I won't hold my breath.
