W3C risks patent tussle in standard push

give it up Rutgers!: i grew up and attended college in central Jersey. Rutgers is the
state university of New Jersey but as for higher education, they
are well below the standards of even the local junior college (JC),
(Middlesex County College [MCC]- Edison, NJ). to be fair MCC is
considered the best JC in Jersey and at one time ranked as high
as the 3rd best in the country. Rutgers wasn't even on my list of
colleges because the cost of getting a "paper degree" was way
too expensive. Rutgers needs to win this because of finaclial
difficulties. if & when they win, they need to put $$ back into the
