Has SCO actually proven anything yet?
SCO, wielding the weapon of the lawsuit, demanded that companies using Linux pay them royalties (essentially, "protection money"), lest they be sued for copyright violation. However, they provided no solid shred of proof that these companies were required to capitulate to them, so in essence they were engaging in extortion.

Has this changed at all? Isn't there some statute of limitations by which SCO must prove their claims, before they are charged by the government under the RICO laws?
