Defense discovery in SCO v IBM has begun and IBM has subpoenaed Microsoft!

IBM want's to know why exactly MS paid SCO so much for a Unix license, when they have no Unix OS product, and they want to know all about Baystar. They also want MS's Linux strategy... This can get sticky for MS.
