Not mentioned Here- And I Told You So
Not mentioned in this article is that Microsoft is being sued for its DRM and Windows Media policy policies/schemes in the US. This is new. The Media Player issue was not decided in the US only in Korea and the EU.I said some time ago that it's policy of not licensing Media Player 10 + formats to general OS makers would land them in court- and there they are.

Also not mentioned is that Oracle, IBM, and Nokia have filed a seperate new one against Microsoft in the EU.
