Good Point. Along came Java - and now MS brings us .NET
Competition is good no matter how one looks at it.

It's a shame our DoJ has let MS use its monopoly desktop OS to stifle competition (Web browsers, Media players, ...).

Glad to see the EC is truly trying to force competition in ALL areas.
