I would say that you need more. (most college grads can spell "collage" correctly as college). Ribbing aside; even if English is not your first language, people seeking work in America should have good communication skills (verbal and written). This is often overlooked.
It is also important to note here that there is more to education than just degrees. There is Continuing Ed, Certificatins, Seminars, etc.
Most of the people at my workplace, a Forbe's Fortune 500 company (in the top 200), have at LEAST a B.S. degree. A good number have their MS or MBA along with a certification or 2.
