The problem with that is...
Just like the prisons are full of innocent people - just ask them.

Even if MicroSoft is being truthful, it isn't up to them to make that determination.

Only the body that made the initial ruling can declare compliance.

You'd be amazed at the number of people convinced they are in the right concerning a legal matter (and some with good reason) to find out that the Courts disagree with them.

MicroSoft put them in their place - that's pretty funny, though I doubt you meant it in jest.
