If the USDOJ was only greared to justice
The patent laws were conceived well over 100 yrs ago. The duration of the patent was reasonable than. Today one can bolt down an industry. Look at Apple. In the administration of justice we "just" look at a narrow field of view, we are missing that the cultural nuance has not changed within Microsoft. The damage to innovation is continuing. In the end it was all just a waste of time. Let's face it friends the Justice system in the early 20th century in the US was more successful that the system is today. This does not bote well for the next century.
