Isn't this what Judge Jackson feared?
As I remember back to Judge Jackson's findings/rulings he said the reason he wanted MS broken up was that the process of monitoring MS for compliance to ANY settlement would be a massive task and that MS would do all they could to meet comliance demands at the most minimal level. Don't get me wrong, any company or person in this situation would do the same. (As an example everyone does all they can to minimize their tax load. Or how someone sentenced to community service isn't in a cooporative frame of mind.)

Of course the differnece here is MS has money and lawyers to play the game endlessly and to barter of the meaning of words. (Isn't that what a lawyer really is?) The courts simply do not have those resources.

I hate to say it but it is really looking as if Judge Jackson was right on this one. Enforcing compliance is becoming a huge task and I wonder how many hours a day Judge KK spends going over and over the information being given by both sides.

Perhaps it is time for the courts to revisit the break up order? After all, it WILL solve ALL the issues and MS has been given a chance to demonstrate their willingness to change. As in they aren't at all willing...
