Do you have ANY idea what you're talking about?
I don't think you do. What does this statement mean: "being java based will give Google/Sun a definite head start to totally ruling Microcrap in this field of life Ajax based applications."

What does Java have to do with Ajax? What does Ajax have to do with Office Live? What does any of this have to do with Google/Sun? I can sort of see why you'd mention Google - they're clearly thinking about software as a service. But Sun? They're a hardware company with a failing software side business. If you're waiting around for an Ajax version of Open Office then you're welcome to it. It'll be slow, clunky and mostly worthless. Go to Wikipedia and do a search on Ajax and you'll see a bunch of links to Ajax-based "productivity" applications. They seem pretty neat until you actually use them. Then you'll find yourself rushing back to a client application like Office or even Open Office. The Web has many good and valuable uses. But trying to replace client applications entirely with Web-based apps is silly.
