Already Has it.
I think Open Office already has many Asian languages supported (not only the symbols, but languages don't have to go from left-right, top-down). And if it has it, its possible for Star too.

In that sense, I would choose Open Office over this Office Hindi. I know many Indians who would like to use their comp in their native language rather than in Hindi, like Telugu. Yes, Office Hindi probably has support for a common language like Telugu, but I bet in general OpenOffice has more Indian languages supported.

What does intrigue me about this product is the text to speech software. I bet many Indian users would love to have their news and such read to them by the comp. And to think, creating such speech software is easier for their languages than it is for our English sad . Does anyone know of any other third party that does this right now? I personally know how to speak Telugu, but I can't read it sad, so this software would be nice.
