I left MS two years ago as far as desktop goes and have not looked back. I have been running Mandrake because at the time I began my journey it was the only Linux that I could put on top of NTFS. Even with the few MS apps that I have to use WINE works fine. And as far as the learning curve goes you are correct. That is where google/linux came in very handy. YAHOO and MSN were too cumbersome to search with. Gotta stay on topic happy
