All MS TCO studies are based on US wages.
So, where the wages are lower, this is a HUGE problem for Microsoft because it tips the scales the other way and makes open source an even better buy.

AND YOU ACCEPT THE MS TCO STUDIES FACE VALUE????

It is hilarious to see how MS designs these TCO studies, in any real situation where you include the cost of constant patching, hardware upgrades every couple of years, reduced cost to administer Linux, and so on, Open Source would beat Microsoft hands down.
