AOL should have disabled the source and destination ports on thier routers and L3 switches and left thier customers machines alone. This ought to make some customers reconsider thier ISP.

Not that I am defending MS because I think they should stop everything and redesign all of thier shat OS's.

I also feel that they should be liable for the damage in lost productivity on behalf of the businesss that utilize thier products.
