Not bad hype - bad programming.

"AOL is just attacking Microsoft for business reasons not security. Read the lastes Gantner reports and you will see how secure Microsoft Products are. This is just anti-Microsoft Hype and nothing more"

Go tell it to a paper MCSE and not someone that administers 2000+ Windows 9x, 2000 and XP machines 40+ hours a week.

MS products are horribly insecure. As a matter of fact they should be paying us to use them. It may be my livelyhood but I consider Windows to be the single worst threat to the internet. 1 infected msblast computer can almost take out an entire network.

On my personal home machine I log every packet that touches my NIC and 75% of them are in the form of code-red, nimda, msblast among a few others.

So if you think Windows is secure why not just turn your automatic updates off and see how long before you computer becomes the property of some hacker in Zimbobway.

Sounds to me like you only read one side of the page, MS products are horribly insecure and it all comes from crap programming. 90% of their vulnerabilities are in the form of buffer overflows.

I used to be blind like you then I got bored with MS and broadened my horizons. Since then I have actually found more than a few platforms that actually work.

Take the blinders off Roberto.
