int[,] or int [][]?
Great symposiums/lectures/trade shows that you attend, if int [,] contra int[][] makes a big difference.

All language have their strenghts and weaknesses. Which language to choose depends on the problem you what to solve, not preferences for one firm to an other. I hope C# is a great languange. After all MS has had all other computer languages including Java to learn from as they constructed it.

The main problem with .net is that you lock you self up to the Windows platform. That is great for Microsoft and they partners, but I find it difficult to see, that it should be of any value to any body else.
