Show me where Microsoft claimed the sidebar was innovative. No one is claiming that except a bunch of linux fanboys. What Microsoft is doing is adding a new feature to Windows. Why is this such a hard concept to understand? They didn't invent it, they didn't claim to. But let me guess, anyone else in the world should have a sidebar, but Microsoft can't.
