I never suggested that. Your suggestion is nonsensical. But I do propose that if the state doesn't like the MS solution, they should seek out another, not roll their own. In the end they won't create anything worthwhile except another way to extract money from the taxpayers.

I spent years commuting into Burlington and being inconvenienced to the tune of about 45 mins every day by never ending public works projects. It gives you a lot of extra time to figure out how things work in MA.
