Red Hat filed a motion against SCO. SCO counterclaimed that the motion should be dismissed because SCO didn't file suit. Go figure.

In any case, you failed to notice that SCO is filing suit against companies with UNIX licenses. Linux distributors (except for now Novell) don't have UNIX licenses. For that matter, this is one reason why no Linux distro is considered UNIX. None of the distros has paid the fee to be called UNIX...
