You may well be right.
You may indeed be right and it was just a question on my part. (Contrary to what the children many be saying.)

The only thing I wish they had done differently was to not single IBM out and offer a blanket policy statement absolving everyone, not just the one company that invested $50 million. It sure would be percieved a lot differently.
