Hmmm I thought it was
MySQL as they've had a free database version for quite a few years. They also have an "Enterprise" version of the database that is a commercial release. Also, Oracle gave out trial copies of their software which were full editions of their software that you were supposed to remove or buy after 30 days, however, there wasn't any licensing or install time/date collected and you could use them for personal use only.
