How do you license GPL'ed code?
Doesn't the GPL give EVERYONE the right to use it freely?

What could open source provide in Longhorn and why would MS want to deal with that kettle of fish? After all, if they did include GPL code they would then have to GPL all of Longhorn and that is not going to happen.
