Who does not value reliability?

If you cant depend on the thing to work when you need it, like say a life and death situation, 911 call, local emergency, then what is the point?

So you are willing to pay for a service that may only work under perfect conditions but you are not willing to pay for a service that always works?

Thats the reason we are stuck with such shoddy comsumer products, people are wiling to accept crap, YES, even demand crap just to save a buck.
