No it isn't
In light of the recent campaign lauched by MS it is news. MS is trying to convince people that their products are cheaper in TCO and therefore should be used. Appaerantly not everyone is buying that load of ....

I think it is news when buisiness and government still say....hmm let's gif this Linux thing a try.
