Rebirth of the reserve clause
With only a slight expansion of the non-compete agreement, companies will be able negotiate employment exchanges.

A valuable employee will some day be traded for a less valuable employee to be named later, 2 patent licenses, and $1 million cash.
Superannuated employees will be unloaded at the cost of the contract, probably with assistance from the prior employer.

Because of corporate hostility, such exchanges will take place in a neutral area, on a bridge, in the middle of the night.
