Really?
Are you saying that you can auto-elevate? Or that you can prompt-elevate? Prompt-elevate has been known for years, you can always invoke a command using "Run As" and then supply another user's username/password (higher or lower privilege...of course you have to KNOW the username/password). If you are saying that processes can auto-elevate, how do you do that? I haven't even seen any Microsoft software that auto-elevates, Windows Update, for example, requires you to be an admin to run.

Some software does allow you to install locally, but note this is different from privilege escalation as this installation ONLY affects files you have rights to, NOT system files.

Also, what do you mean by elevating your rights over the internet? Can you provide any specific examples?

How does this contradict "have to be an administrator or local admin to install"? You are an admin are you not? Or are you saying that you can become an admin despite not actually being one? How does this occur?
