I have yet to encounter anybody that went back. My own personal motive is a prolonged beta test - I want to be sure we don't make a recommendation I couldn't personally stand behind. No problems so far, but I expect to be at this for a long time, together with the pilot groups. Of course in my case it's still academic as long as Office 2000 is supported, but when decision time comes we'll have a good base of user experience to fall back on.
