haven't been able to come up with anything for 5 years. Check
out what the competition has created in the same period with a
fraction of that claimed expenditure.

Where does it say this? The article is about a name change for an
OS for "It is not clear when Vienna might ship or what features it
might contain".

Yes I missed these clues to which your refer which are obviously
only known to the MS fanboys. The rest of us can only look at
these ZDNet articles of MS bile in bewilderment.
