In mind, maybe
It takes a lot of time for Microsoft to re-write a new Windows Operating System, and Microsoft are working to design an operating system with security in mind.

The question isn't whether they have security in mind, it's whether they have it in the OS. Given the built-in insecurity that's founded in the OS interfaces (as acknowleged by MS execs under oath) they have a nasty choice to make:
Break security or break backward compatibility.

If I were facing that one, I'd have it in mind too.
