"It is not clear when Vienna might ship or what features it might
contain. Microsoft confirmed the name change on Friday, but
declined to comment on Vienna's stage of development."

They've changed the name of an OS that doesn't exist, you know
the version after their next release that is still in development.

"Directions on Microsoft analyst Michael Cherry said that
Microsoft is looking to speed up the frequency of its Windows
releases, but cautioned not to read too much into the name
change."

What do MS fanboys read into a name change? Gee its been 5
years since the last version of windows (unbelievable) and this is
a name change for a vapourware OS.

MS is the joke of the IT industry. ZDNet what are you publishing
this rubbish for?
