Novell raps SCO claims

This is what I mean. To me this is very clear.SCO DOESN'T OWN THE COPYRIGHT: I don't really care one way or the other, so I think NoAx' insinuation of a bias is misplaced.
The above quotes, when I read them in the documents seem to very very clear.
Imagine UNIX is a vase design: SCO have most rights to sell a vase of this design. But they don't own the vase design. Novell own the vase design.
This crucially means that Novell can licence derivative works, but SCO can't.
