OK, Notes does its job
But like cassiodorus wrote: "idiosyncratic behaviors in lots of little ways." Sometimes the right click to copy, cut, or paste works and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the scroll wheel works and sometimes it doesn't. Text formatting can get really strange.

We use 6.0 because the upgrade to 6.5 slows the whole thing to crawl for us here at the non-main office of the T-1.

Keep in mind, too, that you're writing from an administrator's point of view. We users simply want our tools to work in a useful and consistent way.
