Pathetic.
The ACL for Domino is pretty straight forward.

The Databases are flat file, but they store documents great. They serve as a good Document manager and workflow system.

Macro is an insult to LotusScript, they are usually agents. Tasks that can be stored outside of the documents and executed on events or a schedule. Lotus Script is passe anyway. Java now reigns in Domino.

From an Admin's point of view, Exchange is junk. having to retrieve a single mail file is like trying to pick through a hay stack for a bone needle.

And lesst we forget the best part of Domino's email, Replication. Something that Exchange still can't get right.

I have been an Administrator of Lotus Domino for 5 years and still haven't seen a reason to switch. That is unless I want more of a headache.
