Then do so by disconnecting your cable TV.
I alredy have a beef with the cabel compnay and have not had cable TV service for over 5 yeahr now. I chose Direct TV.
Only reasion I have cable internet service is it is my only option for broadband. I know I can get internet throug my dish but the latency is too high for my applications, and DSL is not available yet. I call the phone company every month and check.
