Read the latest GROKLAW
Novell has written SCO ordering them to desist with the claims against AIX and Dynex and to report comliance by noon today.

Novell has also moved jurisdiction of SCO's case to the federal court on the grounds that SCO is claiming slander on the basis of copyright, which is a federal question.

But of course this isn't sensational, so no news item on it.
