You'll be saying SCO who before there is ever a countersuit to lose. If SCO cannot continue to keep artificially inflating their stock with the IBM suit news, then they will be bankrupt and out of business before anyone can possibly try to exact a pound of flesh. This whole excersize is an attempt to squeeze one last drop of blood from a turnip.
