Destructive payload - understandable

I absolutely understand what Doe's motivation is here with wishing a destructive payload upon the unwashed masses that don't at least put some form of AV on their PC, some sort of FW on their connection, and use some common sense in dealing with attachments. Right now, they pay NO price for their ineptitude, while the rest of us do. Why should we have to put up with this nonsense on a continuous basis? If Darwin's theories were put into play here, then we'd weed out the clueless and stupid, and the rest of us would go on happy.

Think of it like getting a new car and not taking the time to learn all the safe driving skills. When IT_user says that these poor worm victims simply wanted to enrich their lives "and have not the foggiest idea what all this virus stuff is", that's just making excuses for stupidity. It'd be like saying that these poor new car owners just wanted the freedom of mobility and shouldn't be held accountable for reckless driving, running over pedestrians, etc.

Weed 'em out - they've had plenty of opportunity to hear the message. Take the responsibility of joining the Internet community seriously.
