Sounds like good news...
Lately everybody is trying to take a bite out of Apple. Burst and Creative to name just two. It actually speaks to Apple's success in rejuvinenation in the past several years. When Apple was dying, no one paid it any mind. Now with the wild success of the iPod, the increased use of QuickTime, and the ever-growing popularity of OS-X, everyone is seeing a cash well to be dipped into at Apple Computer....hence all these law suits. If Apple were still dying, no one would bother. So while this is all rather a legal pain in the behind, it actually does say something good for Apple, and its future. Isn't it ironic?
