They should replace head of GUI design!
SAP is the most user UN-friendly application I have ever had to use. Easy to follow menues are replaced with secret "transactions" like MM03, simple things like copy and paste are not available. Even printing can not be done unless you know the secret code. I have to screen grab a bill of materials display and print the screen with Paintbrush to get a simple BOM printout.

Not to mention that our company has had to change the way WE work to match the way SAP says we should work.

SAP has limited our buyers to a small set of vendors simply because SAP will not allow them to buy from a vendor that is not already in the SAP system. Makes it very hard to get parts quickly when your first and second source is out of stock and it takes almost a week to get a vendor put into the system.

Only reasion I can see for SAP being as big as they are is because they direct their marketing towards upper level managemant not proplr that have to use it.
