It is increasingly obvious that you are nothing more than a 12 year old sitting at a desk with nothing to do and no knowledge of the real world.

SCO literally has yet to prove anything. You cannot just go into court and say this is wrong. It means nothing to the court. The Federal Courts have VERY specific standards for procedure and evidence and SCO has ignored everything. Most Federal Judges would have dismissed the case, by now, for lack of viable evidence. SCO has yet to even demonstrate they own what they claim.

Souther, your comments on nearly every article on the ZD Net site are generally uninformed and close to meaningless, just like SCO's litigation. Hmm...could you be one of the 12 year old (mentally) executives of SCO????

When SCO gets tossed out of court, then IBM has the right to recover costs and potentially even damages. SCO has nothing, and will have even less at that point.

I am the Director of Research and MIS for a law firm, and the SCO action is beyond weak, it is just plain silly, and the last gasp of a company that has little reason to exist. I can see no other reason for their action.
