So Web design isn't his thing.

Snicker snicker.

But "design sense" isn't Microsoft's real problem. I mean, sure,
their UI is butt ugly and their graphics are garish, but the real
problem is poor information architecture. Maybe this guy knows
something about that. I see no evidence for that, but I'm just
saying, "maybe."

Still, I don't see him having any effect. Someone in his position
can't effect the kind of massive cultural change that will have to
take place. Microsoft needs a CLO.
