TFA is wrong
The article is wrong. Plain bad reporting.

Para 1: No change in lawsuit status. Judge is taking a week to review SCO compliance.
Para 2: No additional claims filed. SCO has filed notice of intent to modify its charges and referred to a bunch on case law to support its motion to be allowed to do so.
Para 3: SCO has apparently claims IBM's violations can be found in 17 files. This is new in the accusations as previously they have claimed millions of lines of code, thousands of files.
Para 4: SCO was on the defensive today and IBM caught them with good research in a claim the HP does not infringe on SCO IP. SCO claims they don't need to see HP code because HP does not contribute to Linux. IBM hands over web page listing of HPs contributions to Linux.
Para 5: SCO has claimed a lot. Shown squat.

Stephen is plain wrong. This is a bad article with no research, published even before the hearing in court today. SCO filed some papers last night with the court wrt to amending the complaint about IBM. Many people ran with it and thought it was actuall additional complaints. It was not.
