SCO in the Right?
How can a company that has used every sue/delay tactic available to them possible be in the right?

Let's talk about the 1 million pages of evidence they issued IBM on their descrepency in the code. IBM wouldn't comply on their part because they were trying to sift through 1 million sheets of paper trying to figure out what is in question.

How in the world are you suppose to do line by line code comparison of code on paper when you have 1 million sheets of paper to compare with?

SCO has been asked to bring forth their evidence, and that deadline has passed with nothing being done.

The ownership of the Copyrights has been thrown into question by Novell.

Rather than try and clear up ownership issues, they threw out a 'Slander of Title' suit.

When it comes to SCO, I can best think of them as the Step Father trying to knock the crap out of a child and Biological Father, by claiming that the child was born because of the affairs of the Step Father with the child's Mother.

Patiently I am waiting for the DNA results on that one
