One way or they other, SCO is not right.
Since there doesn't seem to be any code stolen in Linux, it doesn't really matter what rights Novel still has (as far as linux is concerned).
But SCO believes otherwise and the way they have dealt with novell does indicate childish behaviour.
SCO doesn't want to understand it's own position.
